SUMMER

As I opened my eyes I saw the hot steaming sun, and people eating ice cream.  I heard people splashing in the pool, it makes a loud sound like an elephant.  

As I walked on the hot lava sand, my feet got really hot as lava can be.

 I felt the cold water on my body when people were splashing in the pool.

Maths

This week in maths we have a numeracy contract to do.  We have lots of activity to do when we finish we get gold time on friday.

As I opened my eyes, I saw the long weeds standing like giraffes.  I felt the cold wind hitting my face as I walked slowly like a snail towards the long weeds.  The weeds were swaying like long giraffe necks.  I heard the wind blowing the leaves angrily.  The smell of the weeds  my nose as filled the wind passed by me.
