Maths

This week in maths we have a numeracy contract to do.  We have lots of activity to do when we finish we get gold time on friday.

As I opened my eyes, I saw the long weeds standing like giraffes.  I felt the cold wind hitting my face as I walked slowly like a snail towards the long weeds.  The weeds were swaying like long giraffe necks.  I heard the wind blowing the leaves angrily.  The smell of the weeds  my nose as filled the wind passed by me.

Reading!

In Term 4, in Room 20, for reading we do literacy contracts and when we finish by Friday we get golden time.

Smart goal

By the end of term 4 i will be able to sound our words correctly when i am reading.

Healthy foods

Do you want to live a healthy life ? You should eat 5 piece of  fruit and vegetables a day.  Even though healthy isn't as sweet as sugar  it is still good for you.  Healthy food is good for for you because it has lots of good stuff in them like vitamins and minerals.  If you eat healthy food you won’t get sick, but if you don’t eat healthy food you will get sick.  Make sure you eat lots of healthy food.  If you eat lots of sugar you will get diabetes, but if you don’t eat too much sugar you want get it .

Do you know that healthy food is good for,you but do you know what  food is healthy ? Some healthy and delicious fruit and vegetables are mango, cucumber, oranges, apples, kiwi fruit, broccoli ,rice,pasta,milk ,dairy, nuts,meat, fish,and cereals,. Make sure you only eat a little bit of chips, fizzy drink, and lollies.  

Healthy food is good for you eat it daily.If you eat a balanced diet, your body will run faster.

Science fair

At my school we had the science fair.My experiment was baking sodae with coke and vinegar which one made a bigger explosion with baking soda.Me and my buddy found out vinegar makes a bigger explosion with baking soda because the baking soda and vinegar react to each other to make a carbon dioxide in the mixture which makes it explode.
